The mission of the Sullivan County Rural Health Network is to improve the health status
of Sullivan County residents by increasing access to coordinated,
cost effective and quality healthcare and human services.

Our vision is to work collaboratively with our community partners toward individual and community health and wellness initiatives, which are supported by our specific 2019-2020 objectives:

• Improving health disparities for all underrepresented communities
• Reducing maternal opioid and substance use
• Increasing access to dental services for all residents
